How do I install the app?

If you’re using an iOS product, you’ll want to click on “Add to Home Screen” – it will pop up as an option on your first visit, if you don’t save it then, you can subsequently save it to your home screen from your “favorites” menu in Safari. 

If you’re using an Android product, click on the three dots on the top right of your Google Chrome screen, and click “Save to Home Screen”.

How long does it take to receive my rewards?

It can take “up to” 72 hours for a reward to be reflected in your account, however most accounts are updated within 24 hours. If it’s been longer than 72 hours, please call the restaurant at 518-957-4992, and ask to speak with a manager about your individual rewards account. 

What if I'm ordering a delivery, or don't have my phone?

If you don’t have your phone with you, or you’re ordering a delivery, please let us know you’re a rewards member when placing your order, and we will be able to look up your account by the phone number. It is important to keep your information up to date, as there is no other way to locate an account without a valid phone number attached to it. 

How does it work in store?

When you pick up your order, either give us your phone number, or log into your account on your cell phone and we’ll scan your QR code!

Can I redeem rewards if I order through mealeo?

Unfortuniately, no. We do not have a way to add points, nor redeem rewards when using third party apps. The platform will only allow us to offer rewards on pick-up, or in-house delivery orders. 

Can I combine rewards?

No. Every transaction will allow for only one reward redemption at a time. Additionally, you will not earn any points if you’re redeeming a reward. All reward transactions will be posted to your account no later than 72 hours after the transaction. 

I forgot to scan my code or give my phone number, what can I do?

If you find yourself in a situtation where you’ve forgotten to give us your reward account information, make sure to hang onto your reciept, and we can look up the transaction and manually add points to your account. Without a reciept, there is nothing we can do. 

I still have questions, what should I do?

If you still have questions about your account or how the system works, please call us at 518-957-4992 and ask to speak with a manager about your rewards account, and we will do our best to help you out.

Final Notes ...

As a reminder, this is a rewards program. No rewards can be redeemed for cash, nor can they be modified (ie. substitute wings for garlic knots, etc). 

At the end of the day, it is at the discretion of the manager on duty, if there’s any discrepancy with your rewards balance. 

Reward balances do not expire, and will roll over and continue to accumulate until you close your account. 

Any abuse of the system, or any activity deemed suspicious or fraudulent, will result in forfeiture of the account, and any balance will be nullified.
