How Much LEad Time Is NEeded?
The more time we have to design and prepare your menu, the better! The absolute last-minute cut-off is 24 hours in advance of your intended pick up or delivery time.
How Do I Order?
While we work on updating our current online ordering platform to accept catering orders, the easiest way to get an order placed is to give us a call during normal business hours at 518-95-PIZZA (518-957-4992).
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, we will work with you to the best of our ability, however all deposits will be retained, as product will have been ordered. There is an additional $50 fee charged for all canceled orders, on top of the 25% deposit retention.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, or you do not arrive to pick up your order, the full invoice amount will be charged to the card on file.
What is the Deposit Policy?
All catering orders, no matter for pick up or delivery, will require a valid credit card on file. All orders will be charged a 25% deposit at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance will be charged at the time of pick up or delivery. For questions regarding cancellation, please see that section of the FAQ.
What are the minimums?
Minimum for pick up: $100, prior to taxes.
Minimum for delivery: $200, prior to taxes and fees. $25 delivery fee on all delivery catering orders.
How far will we deliver?
Our delivery radius is 10 miles from our location, 84 Ontario Street, Cohoes, NY 12047. The cost for delivery is $25, no matter the size of the order.
For any delivery over 10 miles, the delivery fee will be charged at $25, plus an additional $2.50 per mile.
Are Utensils included?
We include serving utensils for all catering trays, including serving tongs, spoons, and trays.
We can include plates, napkins, fork/knife/spoon packs, and cups for an additional $1.25 per person.
If you need disposable chaffing dish stands and heat sources, they can be provided for $10 per setup (one setup = 1 disposable rack and 2 fuel sources, which will fit 2 half-pan orders, or one full-pan order)

What about items not on the menu?
If you’re looking for something specific, please just let us know! With our 30+ years of experience, and ServSafe certified staff, we can make just about any idea a reality! Give us a call to discuss options, including items not on the menu, gluten free or other dietary restrictive options, or individually packaged “grab-and-go” meals!
